Eating Fruit is an ongoing series in which I use clay and drawing to explore fruit as both symbol and surface. Fruit carries layers of meaning: it is ordinary and abundant, yet also sensual, and deeply tied to ceremony and memory. In these works, I experiment with bold colour, fragmented forms, and collage-like techniques in porcelain paper clay, reassembling the material into images that are playful and surreal while grounded in everyday experience. The series reflects my interest in storytelling through objects—how something as simple as fruit can hold memory, myth, and human connection.
